Star Dust

Created for the "Fairy Dust" weekly theme challenge at

I was very interested in this theme because of course it's right up my alley, but, as happens sometimes, this didn't end up quite how I expected - like my celestial mermaid, this fairy wanted to be in space and not the usual setting, so I decided to make this a sister piece to "Celestial Splash".
